When it comes to Caring for Dementia, we want to ensure everyone receives the attention they deserve. Depending on individual circumstances, a person may be admitted to different areas of the facility if they are in the earlier stages of the illness. Other residents may be transferred to secured units directly from home or from the hospital. Later some of these residents will be transferred to other secure units for appropriate care. During this process, we ensure that residents are comfortable as our team members lovingly take them through these transitions.
